Before you can log on, you first have to register on the web and create your company's account to start your free trial period. You will then be emailed your HermeTech Account Number, Logon ID and Password. To register go to http://www.hermetech.com/hermetech/secure/registration.asp. Then you have to download and install the Medical Outlook software on your computer (go to http://www.hermetech.com/hermetech/public/products.asp). The first time you start Medical Outlook, you will have to run through a short configuration program to finalize the setup (see http://www.hermetech.com/hermetech/help/mo/configuration/index.html).
When you log on to Medical Outlook you enter your personal logon ID and password and your credentials are validated over the internet via an encrypted connection to the HermeTech Secure Server closest to you.
