You've sent a SINEpost Mail message to a patient. What happens now? What do they see? Answers to all below.
When you send a SINEpost Mail message to a patient, they will receive a plain text email from HermeTech advising them that you have sent them a SINEpost message. The email will give them simple instructions and hyperlinks to click on that will take them to the SINEpost Mail gateway page to logon. If it's the first time the patient has ever received a SINEpost message (either from you or any other member) they'll be prompted to register. Their account is already created for them (you did that by sending them a message), all they have to do is enter their name and choose their password.

We have a test patient set up which you are welcome to send messages to and then log in and look at them. It will definitely help you to get an idea of what the patient experiences when they receive mail from you. The login credentials are:
