First Time Setup

Things you will need when setting up Medical Outlook for the first time for your company:

 

An Internet connection
Your Medical Outlook Account Number, Logon ID and Password.  These were emailed to your primary contact email address when you registered your company.
The configuration program will need to create your Medical Outlook database files somewhere on your computer or network.  The default location is "C:\SPINData".  If you are intending to set Medical Outlook for more than 1 computer to use you may wish to plan beforehand where on your network you wish install your database files and create a Network shared folder for this before you begin.
