Only Medical Outlook users who are designated as 'Administrators' are authorized to use the configuration program to copy your Medical Outlook data files, so in this step you will need to provide your login information and click 'Next'
In this window you will:
| 1. | Select the Home Website (the nearest to you geographically) from the list |
| 2. | Your Account Number is pre-loaded and can't be changed |
| 3. | Enter your Medical Outlook logon ID and password |
| 4. | Click the 'Next' button to continue. |
