System Administration

System administration in any system is very important.  System administrators in Medical Outlook (that's you if you're the only user) share a good deal of responsibility for how well your company runs (at least as it pertains to this system).

 

When you registered on the HermeTech International website and set up your first user account (logon ID), that account was designated as an 'Administrator' account.  Administrators have special privileges within the Medical Outlook and SINEpost Mail program.  They can:

 

1.Create new user accounts (even other administrators).
2.Reset other user's passwords if they lose or forget them.
3.Delete or deactivate user accounts.
4.Modify your company information.
5.Modify your companies global relationships with other companies (see Screened Mail)
