Receiving Packages

When you log into Medical Outlook the first thing that happens (if you're not working offline) is that it checks to see if you have any packages waiting on the server to be downloaded.  At any time while you are logged in you can also check to see if you have mail by click on the 'Send / Receive' button on the toolbar OR you can just check to see if you have mail by clicking the small envelope with the padlock in the 'Status Bar' of the medical outlook main window.

You may also notice that when you either send or receive packages OR check to see if you have mail waiting that the SINEpost button on the toolbar may change colors.  A blue SINEpost logo indicates that you have no unread SINEpost mail messages in your SINEpost inbox, while a red SINEpost logo indicates that there are unread SINEpost messages in your inbox and that you should open the SINEpost Mail Control Panel
