The Medical Outlook SPIN network is a private members-only network of Healthcare professionals. We rely on our members to refer their colleagues into the network to become members themselves. The SPIN network serves three types of customers, they are:
| 1. | Participating Network Members: Participating members have full access to the network. They can send and receive packages and messages, they can purchase additional user licenses, use office automation tools and get free support. These are members who are active, paying customers. Their membership fees support the network. It follows therefore that based on economies of scale, the more participating members the network has the more opportunity HermeTech International has to lower the basic service fees, additional user license costs and traffic overage rates. |
| 2. | Non-Participating Network Members: These members do not have full access to the network. They are fully qualified and verified healthcare professionals who have elected to join the network but as a non-participating member. This means that they pay no membership fees so Medical Outlook for them is basically free. However, non-participating members cannot SEND messages of any kind, they can only receive packages sent to them by participating network members. Also, they are limited to only 3 concurrent active users in their company. |
| 3. | Non-Members (Patients): Participating network members can send their patients SINEpost mail messages. When they do this a free account for the patient is automatically created based on their email address. Patients then have a single point of entry where they can log in (using only their browser) and see their SINEpost mail messages from all participating network members. While non-members (patients) cannot create NEW messages, they can REPLY to messages that they have been sent. |
One way that we have come up with to allow you to get your colleagues involved is to give you the option of sending an "Invitation" email to a colleague asking them if they wish to join the network for a free trial. And at the end of their free trial they can elect to either:
| • | Keep their membership going as participating members. |
| • | Continue their membership as non-participating members (which means you could still SEND them packages but they could not reply via Medical Outlook). |
| • | Cancel their membership. |
