Creating Simple Packages

Simple Medical Outlook packages work (for the most part) just like regular email.  To create one, you would follow the same basic steps:

 

1.Choose to whom the package is being sent (1 or more recipients)
2.Type a Subject
3.Type your message.
4.Click 'Send'

 

It's literally that easy.  To create a Medical Outlook package click the 'New Package' button on the toolbar in the main Medical Outlook Window.

To Create and Send the Package

Step 1: Click the 'Recipients' button on the toolbar OR next to the recipients list to search for and add recipients (member contacts) to your package (see the section on member contacts)

Step 2: Type a subject in the space provided

Step 3: (optional) Type your message in the large text area provided. (click the '+' button above your message to 'Zoom' in a full screen editor).

Step 4: Click the 'Send Now' button on the toolbar.
