Membership in the Medical Outlook Network is restricted to qualifying healthcare professionals only.

Medical Outlook™ and SINEpost™ are communications packages designed to be used by Health Professionals to securely exchange sensitive patient data with their peers. Medical Outlook™ and SINEpost™ is for:

Membership in the Medical Outlook Network is not available to patients, software developers etc. If you are unsure whether you qualify for membership in the Medical Outlook Network then please contact our National Customer Service department for assistance.

Important Note for Prospective Members

If someone else from your practice/company has already registered you DO NOT need to register again. Medical Outlook is a secure internet based electronic communications product similar in many ways to email. It works by allowing network members to find each other using our SPIN network world wide web address book which is basically a search engine used to find other SPIN network members rather like the yellow pages telephone directory. When you go through our registration process you are effectively 'Registering' your company/practice name in that registry. So you should keep the following in mind:
  • Do not register more than once.
  • If you need more than one person at your company to evaluate Medical Outlook then only 1 person needs to go through this registration process. You can refer to the product documentation on Configuring Medical Outlook for further information.
  • It is not currently possible to merge companies. So if two people who actually work for the same practice/company go through the registration process and create two different companies and then decide that they wish to activate their accounts and become full network members as ONE company they would be unable to do so without one of them effectively losing all of the work they had done during their trial period.
